Core Services
01 Overview · What's Included

Complete Roofing
Services in New York

Roof installation, roof replacement, roof repair, and preventive roof maintenance are handled by the same crew in New York. The work covers asphalt shingle, metal, and flat systems on residential property, from a single damaged section to a full tear-off and rebuild.

Most homeowners are not sure whether the roof needs a repair or a replacement. The inspection settles that question first. Decking, flashing, valleys, and ventilation are checked before any number goes on paper, so the estimate matches what the roof actually needs.

  • Written scope before tear-off
  • Deck checked board by board
  • One crew, start to finish
02 What's Covered · 05 Sub-services

Everything
in the Roofing Scope

From a single flashing fix to a complete tear-off and rebuild — all five sub-services run through the same inspection, same written scope, and the same crew.

01 New Install

New Roof
Installation

New roof installation in New York covers full roofing systems on homes that need more than a repair. Underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, step flashing and ridge vent are installed as one system. Asphalt shingle installation and residential metal roofing are both available, priced during the same estimate visit, so the difference in cost and lifespan is clear.

02 Full Replacement

Complete Roof
Replacement

Complete roof replacement in New York starts with a full tear-off down to the decking. Rotten boards are replaced, flashing is renewed, and ventilation is corrected before the new roof goes on. Roof replacement cost depends on size, pitch, and the condition of the deck underneath, not on a number guessed at the curb before anyone has climbed up there.

03 Repair Scope

Roof
Repairs

Roof repair in New York covers leaks, damaged shingle replacement, failed flashing, cracked pipe boots, and open valleys. The repair is scoped from the inspection, not from a guess made at the curb. Roof leak repair usually costs far less than a full roof replacement when the decking underneath is still sound, which the inspection settles well before anything else.

04 Maintenance

Preventive
Maintenance

Preventive roof maintenance in New York keeps small roof problems from turning into full roof replacements. Sealant, flashing, fasteners, nail pops, and the areas around chimneys, skylights and vents are checked and corrected. Roof maintenance also clears debris from valleys and gutter lines, where water backs up first and starts working under the courses well before anyone inside notices anything.

05 All Systems

Residential
Roofing Solutions

Residential roofing solutions in New York cover asphalt shingle, metal, and flat low-slope systems on single-family homes. The right system depends on the pitch, the budget, and how long you plan to keep the house. Every option is explained during the free estimate, with the cost difference written out rather than described over the phone in general terms at all.

03 Decision Guide

Does Your Roof Need a
Repair or a Replacement?

The answer comes from the decking, not from the shingles. These are the conditions that push a roof one way or the other.

Option A

A repair usually makes sense when…

  • ✓The damage is limited to one slope or section
  • ✓The decking underneath is still solid
  • ✓The roof is well inside its service life
  • ✓The leak traces back to flashing or a pipe boot
Option B

A replacement usually makes sense when…

  • ✓Shingles are curling or missing in several areas
  • ✓Granules are gone from large sections of the roof
  • ✓The decking feels soft underfoot
  • ✓The same roof has already been patched more than once
04 Our Process · 04 Steps

From Inspection
to the Final Walkthrough

No pressure selling, no vague estimates. Every job runs through the same four steps, in the same order.

01
Day 1

Roof Inspection

The roof is measured, photographed, and checked from the attic side where the leaks usually show up first.

02
Day 2

Written Estimate

You get the scope, the materials, and the price on paper, with no charge and no deposit required.

03
Install Day

Tear-Off & Deck Check

Old material comes off, then the decking is inspected board by board and replaced where it is soft.

04
Handoff

Install & Walkthrough

The new system goes on, the site is cleared, and we walk the property with you before leaving.

05 Why Choose Us

What You Get on
Every Roofing Job

01

One Crew,
Start to Finish

The same crew handles tear-off, decking, and install, so no part of the job gets handed off to a subcontractor.

02

Decking Checked,
Not Skipped

The deck under the shingles is inspected board by board, because a new roof over soft wood fails early anyway.

03

Written Scope
Before Tear-Off

Materials, quantities, and price are on paper before the first shingle comes off, so there are no surprise line items.

We don't recommend it. Layering over old shingles hides the decking, adds weight, and shortens the life of the new roof. A full tear-off costs more upfront and it is the only way to see what is going on underneath.

You'll hear about it before it gets covered. Soft or rotten boards get photographed and replaced, and the cost of that decking is quoted separately, since nobody can see through shingles during the estimate, no matter what they tell you.

Look at the details. Flashing at the chimney and walls, ice and water shield in the valleys, proper ridge ventilation, and clean cuts along the edges. That's where a rushed install shows up first, usually within the first two winters.

Yes, on a full replacement they get replaced too. Reusing old flashing, boots, and vents on a brand new roof is one of the most common shortcuts in this trade, and that's where leaks start a couple of years later.

Spring through fall is easiest, since shingles seal better in warmer weather. Winter work is possible with the right approach, but scheduling gets tighter. If the roof is leaking now, waiting for perfect weather usually costs more than it saves.
